The Hubjoy Audit Scholarship: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO APPLY OR TO BE AWARDED A SCHOLARSHIP. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES. Scholarships are awarded on merit against the criteria below, not by chance. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The Hubjoy Audit Scholarship (the "Scholarship") is sponsored by Hubjoy, 201-460 Doyle Avenue, Kelowna, BC V1Y 0C2, Canada, a HubSpot Solutions Partner ("Hubjoy," "we," "us").

2. Who may apply

The Scholarship is open to representatives of companies that currently use HubSpot, who are of the age of majority where they live and are authorized to apply on behalf of their company and to discuss that company's HubSpot portal. Employees of Hubjoy, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. The Scholarship is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Applications and all Scholarship materials are in English.

3. How to apply

Complete and submit the application at giveaway.hubjoy.co, including the requested information about your company and its HubSpot portal, and agree to these Official Rules. The application is always open. Limit one application per company per round. Incomplete applications may be disqualified. Applications submitted by automated means or by third parties are not permitted.

4. Rounds

Applications are judged in monthly rounds. Each application belongs to the round for the calendar month in which it is received (Pacific Time). Applications do not carry over to later rounds. The first round runs from September 25, 2026 through October 31, 2026. From November 2026 onward, each round is one calendar month.

5. Qualified applicants

An application is "qualified" when the applicant's company reports that it uses HubSpot Professional or Enterprise, or reports that it is not sure which HubSpot plan it uses. Hubjoy may verify the plan with the applicant, and a qualified application that turns out to be on a different plan may be disqualified.

6. The scholarships

Full scholarship. In each round, Hubjoy may award up to one full scholarship: one Complete HubSpot Audit performed by Hubjoy at no charge, with an approximate retail value of USD $999. The audit covers every hub, feature, property, workflow and report in the company's HubSpot portal, and includes a scorecard, a list of findings ranked by priority (critical, high, medium, low, no changes needed), and a live walkthrough of the results with a HubSpot expert. Total number of full scholarships per round: up to one. If no application in a round meets the minimum standard under the judging criteria, no full scholarship is awarded for that round.

$500 scholarship. Every qualified applicant who is not awarded the full scholarship receives a $500 scholarship: USD $500 (or the Canadian-dollar equivalent applied at checkout) toward the Complete HubSpot Audit. It is awarded on qualification and is valid for 14 days from the day the applicant qualifies: to use it, the applicant must book their audit call with Hubjoy or complete the audit purchase within those 14 days. It applies to the audit only, is limited to one per company, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Both scholarships are provided as services. They cannot be exchanged for cash. If an applicant pays for the audit using a $500 scholarship and is later awarded the full scholarship for the same round, the amount paid is not refunded; it is applied as a credit toward a Hubjoy engagement.

7. Judging criteria and selection

Full scholarships are awarded on merit. Within five business days after a round ends, Hubjoy reviews every qualified application from that round against these criteria:

Fit: the company's HubSpot plan, company size, and location (Hubjoy serves companies in the United States and Canada first).
Clarity of the problem: how specific and thought-through the answer to "if we could fix one thing in your HubSpot, what would it be?" is.
Impact: how much a complete audit is likely to change for that company.

Hubjoy keeps short written notes on each selection. Ties are broken on merit against the same criteria, never by chance. Hubjoy's decisions are final. Your chances of being awarded a full scholarship depend on the number and quality of qualified applications received in the round.

8. Notification and acceptance

The selected applicant is notified by email, at the address given on the application, within five business days after the round ends. The selected applicant has three business days from notification to accept. If the selected applicant cannot be reached, does not accept within three business days, or is found ineligible, Hubjoy may award the full scholarship to the next-ranked qualified applicant from the same round. The full scholarship must be scheduled within 30 days of acceptance; it is a reserved monthly slot, and a winner who has not scheduled within 30 days forfeits it.

9. Announcing winners

With the winner's consent, Hubjoy may announce the winner by name and company on its website, social channels and marketing materials. Declining to be announced does not affect the award.

10. Portal access

Performing the audit requires the company to grant Hubjoy reasonable read access to its HubSpot portal, used solely to perform the audit. The audit is delivered after that access is granted.

11. Privacy and use of your information

Information you submit is collected and used by Hubjoy to administer the Scholarship, judge applications, deliver the scholarships, and follow up about your application and Hubjoy's services. It is handled in accordance with Hubjoy's Privacy Policy. By applying, you consent to this use.

12. General conditions

By applying, each applicant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Hubjoy's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Scholarship. Hubjoy may disqualify any applicant who tampers with the application process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. Hubjoy may modify, suspend or end the Scholarship at any time; any change is posted at giveaway.hubjoy.co and applies to rounds that begin after the change is posted. Scholarships already awarded are honored.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, applicants release Hubjoy and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Scholarship or from the acceptance, use or misuse of any scholarship.

14. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
