HubSpot Revenue Leak Audit Giveaway - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This is a skill- and fit-based selection, not a game of chance. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Hubjoy [CONFIRM legal entity name + address], a HubSpot Solutions Partner based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada ("Hubjoy," "we," "us").
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to representatives of companies that currently use HubSpot and who are of the age of majority in their place of residence. Entrants must be authorized to apply on behalf of their company and to discuss that company's HubSpot portal. Employees of Hubjoy, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 3. Entry period
The Giveaway entry period begins on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 22, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Applications submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. How to enter
To enter, complete and submit the application form at the Giveaway landing page during the Entry Period, including the required information about your company and HubSpot environment and agreement to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per company. Incomplete entries may be disqualified. Entries submitted through automated means or by third parties are not permitted.
5. Winner selection and notification
This is not a random draw. After the Entry Period closes, Hubjoy will review all eligible applications and select up to three (3) winners based on fit, including the applicant's HubSpot configuration and maturity, the operational challenges described, company profile, and the potential value of a full Revenue Leak Audit for that portal. Hubjoy's selection decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email on or about June 25, 2026 using the email address provided on the application. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within five (5) business days, or is ineligible, Hubjoy may select an alternate.
6. Prizes
Grand prize (up to 3 winners): one (1) comprehensive HubSpot Revenue Leak Audit performed by Hubjoy, with an approximate retail value of CAD $1,500 to $3,000 depending on scope. The audit includes a portal health review, lifecycle stage and workflow assessment, lead scoring and routing review, reporting and attribution analysis, a video walkthrough, and a prioritized action plan. The audit is provided as a service; it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Runner-up offer (all qualified non-winning entrants): a discount of CAD $500 off Hubjoy's paid Revenue Leak Audit, plus an optional consultation. The runner-up offer is valid through July 25, 2026, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers. "Qualified" means an eligible, complete entry as determined by Hubjoy.
Total number of grand prizes: up to three (3). Odds of being selected as a grand-prize winner depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
7. Privacy and use of your information
Information you submit is collected and used by Hubjoy to administer the Giveaway, select winners, and (if you consent) to follow up regarding the runner-up offer and related services. Your information is handled in accordance with Hubjoy's Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to this use.
8. General conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Hubjoy's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Hubjoy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. Hubjoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted or otherwise cannot run as planned. The audit prize is subject to the winner granting Hubjoy reasonable read access to its HubSpot portal solely to perform the audit.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Hubjoy and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. [CONFIRM with legal: standard release / indemnity language]
10. Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. [CONFIRM governing jurisdiction]
